Make a Planned Gift
Make a gift through your will, trust or other financial plan. Planned gifts can reduce income tax and offer substantial tax savings on appreciated properties and securities
Stocks and IRA
Transfer stocks to LASCO to save on taxes and receive a charitable deduction. If you are 70½ or older, youcan use your IRA’s required minimum distribution, up to $100,000, to make a tax-deductible contribution.

A donor-advised fund(DAF) provides you with the flexibility to support legal aid while enjoying some favorable tax benefits.
Gift Donate appreciated stock, bonds, or mutual funds
Make a tremendous impact by giving a gift of appreciated assets. You’ll avoid capital gains tax on the securities you donate and receive an immediate tax deduction.
