Make a Donor-Advised Fund Gift
A donor-advised fund (DAF) provides you with the flexibility to support legal aid while enjoying some favorable tax benefits.
Individual Retirement Accounts
If you are 70½ or older, youcan use your IRA’s required minimum distribution, up to $100,000, to make a tax-deductible contribution.
Donate Appreciated Stock, Bonds, or Mutual Funds
Make a tremendous impact by giving a gift of appreciated assets. You’ll avoid capital gains tax on the securities you donate and receive an immediate tax deduction.
