Jessica Blakley joined LASCO with extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources Advisor, Consultant, Director of Human Resources, and Recruitment Manager. Her expertise and passion for helping others have strengthened workplace culture and supported employee growth. After serving three years as LASCO’s Human Resources Generalist, Jessica was promoted to Human Resources Director in January 2026, where she continues to support the needs and strategic vision of the organization.
