Billie Frank
Professional Biography
Billie Amber Frank serves as an Office Coordinator at Legal Aid of Southeast and Central Ohio (LASCO). In this role, Billie helps support the day-to-day operations of the office, contributing to LASCO’s mission of expanding access to justice for individuals and families throughout the community.
Billie earned a Master’s Degree in Law, Justice and Culture from Ohio University in 2019. Prior to joining LASCO, Billie worked as a paralegal for a boutique law firm in Athens, Ohio, where the firm focused primarily on civil rights litigation, including personal injury and consumer rights class action cases. Billie has also served the community in a variety of other roles, including as a librarian and as an intake coordinator at an assisted living facility. These experiences reflect a longstanding commitment to public service and helping others access the resources they need.
Originally from Athens, Billie recently relocated to Columbus and is excited to continue serving the community through legal aid.
Reflecting on the organization’s mission, Billie shares, “LASCO is a place where good people come together to work to make the justice system more just, for everyone. I am honored to be a part of a large network of people all working on the common goal of providing legal resources to those most in need in our community.”

Outside of work, Billie enjoys spending time outdoors and appreciating nature, reading, and keeping up with popular television shows. Billie also shares a home with a beloved black cat named Binx.
